Alexa Moscatiello

Alexa grew up in the South Hills and loves all things Pittsburgh. She graduated from Duquesne University with her BSN in 2016. She started off her career in the Operating Room but has always had a passion for aesthetic nursing. She received her certification through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics in 2023. Alexa is married with two girls and they currently reside in Mt. Lebanon. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her clients.
