Marissa

Marissa graduated from East Carolina University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Born in San Antonio and proud to be an Army brat, she grew up around the world—with a memorable chapter spent living in Germany —which sparked her lifelong love of travel and new experiences. She specialized in both the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and the Children's Emergency Department, building a strong foundation in attention to detail, critical thinking, and compassionate care. Marissa now works as a vascular access nurse while pursuing her Master's in Healthcare Administration. Marissa's passion for aesthetics grew from her desire to blend clinical skill with creativity. She started her Aesthetics career while living in Dallas but recently moved back to Pittsburgh and joined Beautox Aesthetics. She loves that aesthetic medicine allows her to help clients feel like the best version of themselves—glowing and empowered. Her favorite part of the field is creating personalized treatment plans and building long-term relationships with clients as they work toward their aesthetic goals. Combining her clinical expertise with an artistic eye, Marissa focuses on achieving elevated, natural results that honor each client's unique features.
